On Residential Study at White Cloud Zen Center

Students studying full time under Rein Konpo assist in developing the local sangha in Idaho Falls, Pocatello and Boise.

To qualify, this person would:

• Follow weekly meditation schedule
• Attend sesshins and retreats
• Engage in various samu activities, such as help maintain the grounds, perform office work, etc to support the local community

Other qualifications include:

• Minimum five years of zen practice including daily practice, retreats, ceremonies and study with a teacher
• Financial means for supporting residential practice (i.e. medical, transportation, clothing expenses, etc)
• Ability to commit for a minimum three months after a try-out period
• Ability to change direction; flexible work attitude
